When you call the store the guy on the phone is incredibly helpful and friendly. I wanted to buy a camera and there was only one left in all of Switzerland. This guy tracked the camera down for me checked if it was in good condition and because I live in Geneva and the train ride to Signy is a bit expensive and long, he was kind enough to cargo it yet again to another store nearer to me. Fantastic salesmanship!

Je tiens à remercie Mme Dousse qui a plusieurs reprises m'a très bien accueillie et renseignée. Elle sait exactement comment conseiller les clients, et en plus elle est franchement adorable! Je continuerai d'aller dans ce magasin, c'est un plaisir de retrouver sa bonne humeur et son professionnalisme chaque fois.

Nul de chez nul vos vendeurs, heureusement que les vendeurs de Fust son plus professionnel.Votre vendeuse est incapable de donner des explications informatique.

Il y a deux vendeuses qui ont réagi de manière très désagréable et condescendante à mes questions. Le conseil était également insatisfaisant.Ces deux femmes vous donnent l'impression de les déranger.J'ai donc changé pour un vendeur (masculin) qui a répondu très gentiment à mes questions et m'a tout tout expliqué.

I have been consistently disappointed with this shop in the past, and the only reason I have returned from time to time is because it's close to where I live. It is very difficult to find a member of staff to answer questions. I have stood in front of an item waving at a busy" employee but he just made a point of ignoring me.My worst experience was a few years back when I was looking at wireless speakers. Three young male employees were loitering further down the aisle

Dommage d'avoir diminué la grandeur de ce magasin, ce n'est plus un xxl. Avant tout était bien même les vendeurs étaient supers et de bons conseils. Lors de ma dernière visite j'ai dû courir après 1 vendeur car je devait être invisible ce jour là, pour tenter d'avoir un conseil et quand je demande pour voir les accessoires d'un appareil qui était exposé mais incomplet, on me répond que c'est au fond de la réserve alors non... bref je suis repartie...

Je suis passé vendredi pour regarder les télés. La vendeuse a été tout simplement super pro dans ses conseils. Elle connaissait sans aucune doute son rayon. Question technique aussi. Bref je suis reparti avec ma télé, plus que satisfait.Merci à elle, je reviendrai.
