Personale gentile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Caffè espresso buono e poi tutti gli altri prodotti meritano davvero di essere gustati: cioccolato, cioccolatini, tartufini, dragees, e chi più ne ha più ne metta.Posizione poi semplicemente Top nel centro di Lugano.Consigliatissimo.

Schon zwei Jahren ist es her.Ich machte einen kleinen Tagesausflug nach Lugano und als Glaceliebhaberin musste ich mir einfach ein Gelato kaufen.Dass ich auf auf Delifriends stosste, war Zufall. Es sah schon von aussen sehr herzlich und einladend aus.Ich kaufte mir Eis, doch beim Bezahlen funktionierte meine Karte nicht mehr. Ich hatte nichts zu zahlen und musste mir kurz Geld auf die Karte überweisen und dieses am Automat abheben gehen.Die Verkäufer waren sehr verständnisvoll und waren überhaupt nicht misstrauisch. Ich ging das Geld abheben und kam wieder zurück um zu bezahlen.Nichtsdestotrotz, das wichtigste: Das Eis war sehr lecker. Ich glaube, dass ich noch nie besseres Eis gegessen habe. Seit dem war ich einmal wieder dort. Wenn ich nach Lugano gehe, dann ist es ein Muss dort einen Halt zu machen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Pessima esperienza. Con tre amiche abbiamo acquistato domenica 10 dicembre 2017 cioccolatini e biscottini, il giorno dopo ci siamo accorte che i cioccolatini avevano i vermi e i biscotti scadevano a luglio 2017....avremmo dovuto controllare però......

My husband and I and two grown kids ventured into your little shop while visiting Lugano on a Sunday. We were happy to see you were open since all the other shops were closed. We had a taste of your chocolate from a nice girl giving samples when we walked in. We purchased about 1/4 pound of dark chocolate with salted. After we went home we all eat and it was amazing!! I am back home now in the states and we are all trying to eat it all and can't have enough. Would you please be so kind as to tell us more about your chocolate (how you make or order it from) and if at all possible how we can enjoy some here back home in US? Do you deliver? Ciao!!

Solo le vetrine del bar lasciano a bocca aperta e fanno venire voglia di provare tutto. La gentilezza e la simpatia dello staff è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Se siete in zona Posta merita un assaggio!
