My partner and I stayed at the Chalet Margaux in Wengen and it was beautiful, sitting outside on the balcony every morning viewing the Jungfraujoch is an unbeatable moment. The penthouse is beautifully made with all modern and elegant appliances and fixtures, we loved the adjustable mood lighting and steam shower! Rachel and Mandy were easy to contact for help around tourism in Switzerland, and having the Alpine Meadows pick us up and drop us off during our arrival and departure was another awesome perk :) Best place to stay in Wengen hands down!!

Stayed during Christmas with family. Apartment was clean but had leaking and faulty TV .. also we were misinformed about skiing tickets that paid way too much for unneeded tickets. When came back to refund and ask why we were given the wrong info they did not seem helpful until I insisted for a refund . Which never came and ignored over my repetitive requests.However Mandy was very keen to help in many ways .. they’re reliable but need to learn more about this business. Not to mention that hospitality business requires smiling face .

【Make sure you get TWO keys at check-in time】The chalet is nice, clean and well-equipped, we had a good time there. However, when we check-out, the lady wanted us to return 2 keys or to get a penalty of CHF 85, but we ONLY got ONE at check-in time. We are pretty sure that we only got one from the beginning to the end. That’s really ridiculous! If the disappearance of the key has nothing to do with customers, the cost shouldn’t be borne by us! There are no rules mentioned about that we would get TWO keys! Otherwise, we would definitely ask for the other one when check-in. BTW, the check-in counter has no webcams to replay what happened at check-in time. So you had better check this clearly at first, or you might be charged for some unreasonable fee.Sadly, nice stay with terrible ending.Highly suggest to add this rule on check-in rules to remind both receptionist and customers, if it is important and related to money and security. Hope this will never happen again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Margaux! The luxury accommodations provided the utmost comfort, the location was perfect for accessing all the town's amenities, and the views were breathtaking. We look forward to staying there again.

We had a hassle free arrival and departure assisted by the porter and the home was perfectly equipped and spotlessly clean. Our stay was made even better by all the tips given to us by the concierge service. Huge thank you to the Alpine Holiday Services team!

This was our second visit to Wengen and second time renting from Alpine Holiday. Next time we return to Switzerland, I’m sure we will do this again. Last time we stayed at Stella. This time we stayed at Luna. The chalet was in outstanding condition. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Everything about the stay was perfect. Now my kids are spoiled and will expect this on all our vacations. Can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful, new complex (Panoramapark) with high build quality apartment rentals. Spectacular views across the Lauterbrunnen Valley. We were in a top floor penthouse apartment with heated floors, top-grade appliances, spacious decks, rainfall showers, an elevator and private laundry and sauna in the ground level. Another outdoor elevator at the back of the complex reduces uphill walking and puts you closer to the center of town. All in all - a very high quality complex.

Plenty of kitchen items and everything you required for meals. Felt like an amazing family home. The staff were really friendly and helpful with a check in office in the town on arrival just by the railway station and a lift to the accommodation with the luggage. Lots of great advice and always happy to help. You know when you see the pictures and think well it can’t be that nice, it really was!! A fantastic town and everywhere you look incredible views. We would certainly go back. So much nicer and more space than a couple of hotel rooms. Thank you so much for a great holiday.
