Terrific experience (which we didn’t expect!). My partner and I dropped by the office without an appointment to take care of some paperwork associated with our account. We were greeted and served immediately by a very friendly and helpful staff. They took care of our needs quickly and efficiently, answered our questions and were altogether professional. I had procrastinated in making this visit because I feared it would be difficult (my French is not great), but I should have done it much sooner! (Thank you to the staff for your excellent customer service.)
