Great for town centre but drop from the platform to train is about 1metre. Very difficult with buggy or lugagge. If you are disabled no idea what you do.

Visited in August 2020 to cancel the automatic renewal of SBB half-fare subscription. Lady at the counter scans the SwissPass and says 'OK, it is cancelled', but couldn't provide any written receipt.A year later I am contacted by a collections agency to pay 353.10 CHF -- turns out the renewal was never cancelled and now I'm due not only for the full year's cost, but also a pile of collection fees.Impossible to reach anyone at the company to speak about the problem.

Interesting train station, I especially love these wooden benches. The station is directly connected to the airport and it’s very easy to find it. The toilets should be renovated.
