J'ai fait appel a cette entreprise suit le décès de ma maman pour fair fabriquer un diamant aussi unique et précieux que ma mère était pour moi.J'étais accompagné par Helen durent toute la procédure, elle est au petit soin avec les clients et très réactive a nous fournir toutes les informations.Le suivi sur le sit internet au depart ne marchait pas très bien et j'ai une impression qu'il y'a un petit décalage dans les étapes de fabriquation. Finalement c'est pas très gênant et on peut toujour prendre des nouvelle au près de notre assistante service client.La procedsus est long mais c'est bien précisé a la commande et ça vaut le coup d'attendre.

It's hard to put into words what I felt when I saw the diamonds. I lost my beloved dog but thanks to Lonite AG now she came back to me in diamonds. I feel she still with me. They look even more beautiful than I imagined. When I look at the diamonds, I calm down, they help to deal with my emotions. The entire team (especially Helen and Damian) was professional.
