Einfach nur schrecklich. In jedem Drittweltland ist die Administration besser als in diesem Saftladen. Ein kleiner Tipp: Wenn ihr heiraten wollt, dann schickt das Dossier am bestem 5 Jahre im voraus, sonst wird es knapp mit dem Datum!

Unfortunately the people working are definitely not at the level of a swiss Canton, bad service, not willing to explain swiss laws or articles and expressly not happy to do what's demanded to do by someone working in with the general public.Please avoid going here

Ma compagne et moi avons fait une demande de mariage 6 mois avant le terme de sa grossesse. On apprend aujourd'hui qu'on ne pourra pas se marier avant le terme. On a demandé de passer en priorité vue la grossesse. On nous a répondu qu'on aurait dû plus anticiper

Their phone is used for decoration purposes, certainly not for anyone to ever pick up. 5 months to receive a reply after applying for paternity, having already explained that the document they require does simply not exist in my country, they ask for it again not replying to that part. Useless.

I'm waiting now for 5 months to hear for an answer. 5 months for an easy case. Really frustrating!
