Mandy is the best thing that happened to me during the COVID locked-down. Being a busy working mum, I never did make time for myself. Yoga with Mandy on zoom helped me feel great, sane and more focused. She made yoga accessible to all regardless of your ability. I’ve now moved onto Yoga on the beach and it is a truly wonderful experience! Thank you Mandy!

Brilliant classes, knowledgeable and kind teacher with many years of experience for all kinds of bodies. Fun and engaging, great pace, lots of adaptations as needed. Brilliant for beginners and more experienced yoga fans too. If you can get to Beach Yoga in the summer, try it, it's wonderful too!
