Excellent service, and very good communication for transfer from Geneva to Flaine. Will be using again.

I booked a return premium car transfer.The car on the first trip was a Lexus with a cassette and CD player, its rear right wheel produced ominous noise during the entire trip.The return trip vehicle was a basic mini-van.None of the vehicles was premium.The drivers were attentive, curtuous and kind. I couldn't have wished for more.The vehicles arrived 30 minutes before the booking time, which is kind and generous.I am happy with the drivers but unhappy with the vehicles.Alps2Alps failed to deliver fully on its commitment, yet it charged me the full price for premium vehicles, which is a rather anti-consumer business practice, in my opinion. On this basis, I don't think I can recommend the service to anyone.

If I could give 0-stars I would.If you value your transfer being as specified then avoid this company for your ski travel.We booked a car seat for a child but this was not provided in either direction, despite a repeated confirmation that it would be after the outbound transfer. Additionally, the return transfer cars provided did not have sufficient space for the adults booked.They were totally hopeless when trying to resolve the situation.

The company were very rude, if the flight hadn't been delayed due to bad weather we would of miss the flight.On our way to the airport, the company called the driver and told him to go pick up another passengers because of driver issues" even we made it clear we ordered PRIVATE transfer and that we might miss our flight. The manager we talked with the transfer company was VERY rude
