Had a great 1h cruise up to the mermaid with Swissboat. Booked online the day before and had no problems. The cruise was a great way to take in the views on the lake, all from a beautifully preserved old boat.

A nice way to cool down, relax, and enjoy the sights on the 50 minute mermaid cruise. Not much joy in the way of customer service, these guys are bored and boring, even slightly abrasive.

Mermaid cruise cancelled without explanation. Made a wasted trip to the boarding point with the Geneva Pass but the ticketing counter was shuttered. Disappointing!

Prix très correct pour une excursion de 1h. Les chaises à bord sont du matériel de camping bas de gamme, pas très confortable. Commentaires de bonne qualité. Chouette sortie en famille !

Don't book there. We booked a tour for about 60 people paid in advance. No one showed up, the phone lines doesn't work, no reply to emails. We have never seen anyone. From ny experiencd this company is basically a scam.

Croisière de la Sirène sympa pas trop cher 15.- pour 1 heure et on vois une Sirène qui n’est mentionné nul part

Super croisière sur le Rhône. Explications très intéressantes par un navigateur passionné. Belle découverte. Le prix est de 25.- aller retour. Prévoyez à boire ou a manger car il n’y a rien à bord. Durée 3 heures et passage d’une écluse.
