I regularly visit Dr. med. Andreas Krüger for medical consultation, and I can confidently say that my experience is nothing short of exceptional. Herr Dr. Krüger war meine erste und einzige Anlaufstelle nach meiner Schulterverletzung. Zur ersten Untersuchung kam ich auf Grund der guten Google Bewertungen... geblieben bin ich weil er mich in jedem Aspekt absolut überzeugt hat. Sehr professionell, grosse Erfahrung und eine tolle menschliche Art. Hätte ich dies früher gewusst, hätte ich mein Knie auch bei Herrn Dr. Krüger operieren lassen. Ich kann diesen Arzt auf jeden Fall JEDEM weiterempfehlen.

I had a snowboard accident and Dr. med. Andreas Krüger was able to access competently & efficiently where the lesion points are & a treatment for them. He is very knowledgeable, comprehensive & friendly. He speaks excellent english which is also advantageous.

I visited Mr. Kruger's office in pain that apparently was caused by herniated disks in my neck (the MRI showed later). Mr. Kruger's approach was friendly but he talks too much about other things (life, family, trips, etc) and then maybe just 5-10 minutes examination. The treatment he suggested did not help at all and caused me serious problem with my stomach. In addition he advised to stay away from physiotherapy and that it would not help. When I was asking questions for my problem I did not receive a clear answer. I followed all his instructions but pain was getting worse and on top I had the stomach issues I had to deal with. After 4-5 days of suffering and further to receiving the MRI results, Mr. Kruger suggested that my only solution was to do an injection in my spine! And this is when I contacted a new doctor as I thought something was wrong with his consultation.The new doctor immediately changed the treatment I was on, he answered all of my questions about my problem (that apparently after 4-6 weeks 97% of the cases the body is supposed to heal it on its own), he suggested physiotherapy immediately which helped a lot (!!!!!) and he told me to stay AWAY from an injection in my spine! 5 weeks later I was feeling normal again without any pain as the new doctor explained I would.That is why in general I am very disappointed with the services provided by Mr. Kruger, I would not recommend him hence the 1 star rating. Charges are also relatively high (even for Switzerland) but of course that is the last thing to think when it comes to health.

Leider kann man nicht 1 Stern geben.Warte seit Ostern auf eine Antwort/Rückruf der nie kam trotz mehrmaligem Anrufen.Eine Diagnose wird schnell gegeben ohne alles vollumfänglich zu prüfen.Eine arrogante Art rundet die ganze Konsultationen schön ab. Redet schlecht über die eigenen MPA‘s und das er alles selber viel besser kann und diese gar nicht benötigt.Sobald man mehr über die Diagnose nachbort und wissen will meldet sich dieser Arzt nicht mehr..man wird hier nicht ernst genommen.Gottseidank habe ich einen super Schulter SPEZIALISTEN gefunden der der ganzen Sache auf dem Grund geht.. never ever!

dr. Krüger is a very careful and attentive specialist. Visited him to check my knee, very happy with the service.

I had recurrent events with my knee since 3 years after a ski accident. Dr. Krueger did a very systematic and throurough review considering all events linking the anamenese, the scans, and the symptoms. He is very passionate about his work and took the extra time to go through each element incl. reading scans in details. Highly recommended if you want to have a holistic assessment. He is willing to take the extra step to help improving patient well-being.

Good: Had appointment in less than a week from when I called. Examination very efficient. Good location. Competent doctorTo improve: Had an MRI (Edit, actually X-ray) before being visited, which turned out to not be useful, for me probably would have been better to visit before having the MRI. Dr. Kruger has a very high confidence, but to me it seemed that he was sure of his diagnosis even before he analyzed my knee. Eine Praxis in guter Lage (direkt am Zürich HB) und freundlichem Empfang. Besonders bin ich von der professionellen Betreuung von dem Arzt Herrn Dr. Andreas Krüger beeindruckt. Er legt viel Wert auf richtige Diagnose und umfassende Behandlungsmethoden. Mit seiner Beratung und Behandlung hat er mir schnell geholfen.

Wegen Knieschmerzen war ich bei Herrn Dr. Krüger.Die Damen am Empfang haben mich herzlichst empfangen, und Herr Dr. Krüger hat mich sehr beeindruckt durch seine menschliche und professionelle Natur.Er nimmt sich Zeit und geht auf seine Patienten ein.
