Super freundliches Team, tolle Atmosphäre und sehr leckeres Essen. Vor allem das südafrikanische Bobotie war genial.Sollte ich mal wieder in Andermatt sein, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort Essen.

Probably the best overall meal I've had in Switzerland so far! The braised short rib was delicious, and the bobotie was a great mix of flavors (spicy sauce on the side due to local preference). Pleasant minimalist ambiance and friendly staff.

Das Restaurant liegt direkt im Zentrum von Andermatt. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert hervorragend. Und hatte meiner Meinung nach ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Mein Fazit:Wir haben einen sehr schönen Abend mit sehr gutem Essen verbracht!Komme gerne wieder!

1 night stay. Proprietor super friendly and helpful. Centrally located, only downside with this are the sounds from traffic and people during the night. Our big room was clean and tidy. Tiny bathroom. No frills accommodation. No fan or air conditioning. Refreshments (teas and coffee machine) in the hallway and water in the room.

I have been in Europe for 14 days now and this was hands down the best dining experience I've had. The south African duo pair your favorite meat with things such as a banana chutney and brown butter infused mashed potatoes to deliver a taste explosion that is going to BLOW YOUR MINDS. I am a foodie well traveled and have Michelin star level chef friends. You must try this amazing south African combo.

Wie waren in unseren Skiferien da. Die Speisekarte ist sehr klein, jedoch aussergewöhnlich. Die Gerichte aus Afrika haben uns überzeugt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und nicht alltäglich.Die Kellner waren freundlich und hilfsbreit.

Exquisite. Just exquisite. The people where great, the service was a bit slow, but it was definitely worth it at the end. I was filled to the right amount in the end, and I would rate it more if I could.

We had the short ribs and the duck and all was so good, we wish we were staying another night in Andermatt so that we could go again! Excellent service and appreciate that we weren't made to feel bad for not ordering wine, such as has happened in other restaurants in Switzerland. We will be back some day!!

Gemütliches Lokal, gutes Essen. Sehr gute Rotweine. Ein Restaurant, von denen es generell leider nicht so viele gibt. Das Gasthaus Tell hat einen positiven Impact für Andermatt.
