Très bon institut, endroit agréable où je viens tous les mois faire mes ongles. Le travail est efficace, propre, ils ont beaucoup de choix de couleurs je recommande vivement ! :)

Celà fait maintenant presque 6ans que je vais au Nail Bar rue du temple à Genève et c’est à chaque fois un moment très agréable.L’accueil et le service sont toujours impeccables.Je recommande ce salon sans hésitation.

I 10 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and asked if I could use the bathroom before starting just to be told after that it was too late and they could not do my eye brows anymore. They said to come back in the afternoon, which at the time I thought was kind. Once I came back and waited for them for 15 min (less than the time I was originally late in the morning), they said they couldn’t do it. Further that because I lost my morning slot and paid online if I wanted to re schedule I had to pay again and as I started to explain that I had just waited for them, they all conveniently forgot how to speak English. Horrible attitude. I don’t expect them to delay other costumers, that is fair, but pretending they couldn’t re schedule or that they didn’t speak English. Never coming back to his nail bar.

82 frs for a manicure and semi permanent…. Well….I was expecting much better. The whole service was rushed and done in 20min.The lady was very cold and felt very uncomfortable.The welcome the lady was terrible. Nobody asked for a drink or even ask me how I was doing….I work in client services and I know how much these little things matter!I just got there and was told to sit down and then nothing during the whole service.The French isn’t even nice as it was just rushed.I will never come again.

I went this nail bar, it is the worst quality I have ever had. I did pedicure plus color 64.99 chf, but the person only cut my nail and put coulor , and even the color was not nicely done ! very disappointing. They increased the price by 20% but the quality is getting worst.

I've been coming here for a number of years and always had good service from the friendly team. One of the better priced nail bars in Geneva, in a spacious setting.

Thérapeutes aux petits soins et rapides d'exécution. Boissons proposées à l'arrivé. Attention, prix Genevois..

The service was horrible and the girls were very racist! My manicure and pedicure was rushed and was not done well and my requests were repeatedly denied. They could not wait for me to leave. If you are black, especially a black hijabi…Stay clear!
