Very quick and easy service. Also reasonably affordable! Would use this waschsalon again.

Meine zwei Boss Anzugjacken(waren wie neu, vor der Behandlung, ungefähr 10 Monate alt) sind leider unter den Armen durch eine zu rauhe Behandlung beschädigt worden! Die Reinigung hat zuerst Boss beschuldigt, schlechte Qualität geliefert zu haben, danach mich, weil ich meine Arme schlenkern würde. Es gab keine Entschädigung. Diese Reinigung ist nur für normale Sachen geeignet schätze ich. Für feine Kleidung definitiv nicht!!!!

Very , very expensive and they did not give back several items. The lady spoke fair English when we dropped off bag of clothes but when we complained about missing items she all of sudden could not speak any English. We paid $50 Swiss mark for 1 bag of clothes and lost out on about $100 in misplaced clothes.I highly recommend another place for laundry service.

My white blouse turned blue after I sent my laundry here for a wash. The lady refused to take accountability although she did tell me she will try to fix it. When I came to pick up my laundry the next day, my blouse was still blue and it's appearent that she didn't do anything. I was thoroughly disappointed.
