Here, there is a monk from sri lanka, early Theravada tradition. I have practiced with him many times. He can speak good english and intermediate German. Also intermediate Italian. He is long time practitioner in Buddhism. I highly recommend him for learning early buddhist phylosophy and meditation. There you can have buddhist blessing and chanting too.

Here kann man Therawada Buddhistischen Phylosophie lernen. Dort wohnt eine Junger Buddhist Monk aus Srilanka ( Bhante Sobitha) Spricht gut Englisch und etwas gut Deutsch. Ich werde alle Leute die Meditation lernen moechte gut empfehlen dort hin zu gehen.

Mönch Sobitha ist ein wundervoller Mensch, der bemüht ist, jedem zu helfen. Sobitha weist in die therevadische Meditation ein, macht buddhistische Rituale jeglicher Art und gibt Segnungen auch als Form von einem Ritual und gibt so schöne Chantings. Wenn Sie Hilfe für etwelche Probleme suchen Oder einfach mehr über den Buddhismus lernen möchten, so ist Mönch Sobitha einer der besten Orte, wo man hingehen kann. Er erklärt sehr gut auf Englisch die buddhistischen Lehren und spricht auch italienisch und hat gute Deutschkenntnisse. Ich kann ihn von Herzen empfehlen.
