Starkart Art Gallery Zurich

Amazing place with extremely interesting exhibitions revolving around street art, public art and graffiti. There is also an alcoholic free bar every now and then. Very friendly staff and curators.

For everyone that loves urban art, Starkart is a must go. A big blue cat from C215 welcomes you miau from far away. When you enter the front yard you 'll find a massive 3D piece from M-City on the concrete. Its the only Urbanart gallery in Zurich with such a load of graffiti and streetart history going on on the outside walls, like an original Blade Tag, a Kate Moss poster from Kidult, the Stencil Bastards group exhibitions and many good local Swiss artists. They all turned this offspace into a beautiful outside museum. There is also a cool bar with a huge paste-up inside from Ludo to be discovered. The place has its own opening times, mostly in the evenings from thursdays to saturdays. For current shows check their website! meow

When I was in Zurich, I found this amazing street art gallery. Top Street Art Artists from all over the world. I was not really looking for anything in particular but it seem as a great idea to go in and check out out. I was amazed, I did promises to review this, it is well worth the time, trust me.
