I pinched my sciatic nerve and had a lot of pain in my butt, which radiated down my left leg. I do not speak good French, but Cedric was very kind and managed via English and through my French-speaking girlfriend.Cedric was kind and knowledgeable, and careful when adjusting my back. I was in some pain during and immediately after the adjustment, but Cedric have me plenty of time to recover, and in about half an hour I could walk again (which I could barely do before the appointment). Frankly I feel he worked miracles — the pain has been steadily subsiding. I am extremely happy with his care!!

I've had 2 sessions with Cedric, and really he has been the best I have met so far! Cedric always takes the time to assess and adjust with a holistic approach. Not only was he very reactive when I first called, and kindly explained the difference between osteopath and physio (I wasn't fully sure), but when I arrived he treated me with the utmost professionalism and sympathy. Un cabinet chaleureux et spacieux, très bien équipé. Cédric Legou est très professionnel, s'intéresse au vécu et aux traumatismes subis par le corps avant de soigner. Pendant toute la séance, il s'efforce d'expliquer ce qu'il est en train de faire et pourquoi il le fait - ce qui crée un climat détendu et permet de prolonger le soin à la maison (exercices, bonnes postures). Je suis sortie soulagée et libérée d'un mal de dos atroce qui m'avait tenue éveillée toute la nuit. De loin le meilleur ostéo que j'ai consulté jusque-là.

Je n'avais pas de raisons particulières m'amenant à consulter Cédric pour un soin d'hostéophatie et pourtant quel bien j'ai pu renssentir à la sortie du cabinet, une calme et apaisante sensation de légerté.D'un simple coup d'oeil, il remarque les déséquilibres du corps. Il recherche la source et la traite en expliquant à chaque étape ce qu'il fait, très rassurant.Je recommande vivement Cédric autant pour ses compétences techniques que pour son approche bienveillante.

So I asked him after the 1st session how many sessions approximately he thought I would need to heal my left shoulder that was diagnosed and he said he didn't know and that he's not a medium in a sarcastic tone, just for me to find out after 8 sessions that he had a protocol of 10 sessions. I did 9 and never came back. Now I'm still with pain in my shoulder but now I also have pain on my right neck. The only positive thing is he taught me exercices to keep doing at home. That could have been taught to me in 1 session.

Je suis allé voir le Docteur Legou, car mes douleurs au dos étaient trop importantes. Il a su me soigner et mes douleurs ont disparu. J'ai des exercices à faire à la maison pour éviter que cela ne revienne. Le suivi est pendant la séance et après !De plus le cabinet est propre, soigné et la décoration très agréable, on passe un bon moment.
