Café de la Limite
A real tavern, one of the last in Geneva. Delicious food served in huge portions. For instance, CHF 26.- you get double the portion of beef tenderloin you get elsewhere, for half the price, and with no compromise on quality.You also do not get the pettiness of those other places that will charge you extra for the sauces or the fries.The cordon-bleu and the cordon-rouge are comically huge but they are absolutely delicious.Don't expect fancy decorations and indirect lighting, this is a place where you come to eat well and have a good time.

I've been there in November and i never expected that i should party my birthday and have fun with strangers!The welcome is the thing we appreciated most of all, Isis is a delightful person who spoiled and pampered us.The restaurant is cheerful, lively and typical.She offered us many things and she was really pretty.Good and quality food, typical and not, and the cost is good.We came back the next days, so i recommend you go there!

Café de la Limite ist ein wirklich echtes lokales Restaurant mit bestem Fleisch im Angebot. Hier wird unprätentiös feinste lokale Küche serviert. Sehr zu empfehlen - insbesondere das Pferdefleisch.

Great little bistro in the heart of Geneva. It is simple, very much no frills in terms of decor but the food it just perfect. The portions are huge, so you better be hungry. The service is friendly and polite. We went there twice in and had typical French/Swiss dishes ranging from beef tartare, horse steak with pepper sauce and chips, cheese fondue, roast beef with salad. Highly recommend.

This is a great deal! The first place with reasonable prices, good quality food (horse meat with pepper sauce and marinated pork were excellent) and big portions.Serrano ham was offered as appetizer.40 Chf for 2 portions that we shared, water and beer.The place is old style, very authentique and unpretentious with nice waitresses.Highly recommended.

Great quality. Great ambiance. Don't come looking for gourmet cooking but great quality grandmother food. Rich and heavy but great.
