Caffè Milano bistrot ristorante Lugano
That was some of the best pizza I’ve had, when it came out there was almost no cheese but then I took a couple bites and it was the best sauce and crust ever. The sauce tasted like they had just gone outside and picked fresh tomatoes and then crushed them and put them on the pizza. I also had ice cream, and it was delicious. I am also a vegetarian and they had many options for me. The area was great too, it was in the shade or you could eat inside. The service was good, it wasn’t slow and it wasn’t incredibly fast, but there was only one worker so I can’t really judge how fast it was. The staff wasn’t particularly fluent in English but we got by just fine. It was only a 10 minute walk from my hotel and many other hotels in Lugano. I just wanted to say overall the caffè was great.

Der BESTE Kaffee in Lugano. Das Essen (Pinsa und Lasagne) ist auch sehr lecker, schmeckt wie bei Nonna. Die Aussicht auf die Bahn ist ein Highlight vor allem für Kids.

Fantastic little place very conveniently located next to the base of the main station's funicular. Really warm service, they really tried to speak English with us as we don't speak Italian, which was helpful, and the gentleman's mother prepared a delicious selection of snacks (all vegetarian upon our request) for our aperitivo. Great for people watching as the funicular goes by every 5 minutes. Flawless and a must visit in Lugano!

Lovely cafe with simple and delicious food. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. Eaten here on 2 different visits :) Many gluten free options available

We came here a couple of times because it was close to our hotel. Really liked the cappuccino, and breakfast was good too. Staff wasn't particularly fluent in English, but we got by easily enough, and they were very pleasant. Nice patio, plenty of outdoor seating.

Consigliato per aperitivi già a partire dalle 16:30 fino alle 20:00 e per pranzo a mezzogiorno. Lo chef Mergherita consiglia il suo NEGRONI fatto con grazia e abbondanza (1/3 Gin selection, 1/3 Vermout rosso selection, 1/3 Bitter selection, oppure dal suo SPRITZ raffinato, oppure da uno dei suoi PROSECCHI selezionati, il tutto accompagnato da un piattino ricco e raffinato.

Very friendly staff. Excellent recommendations for our family. Helped us out since we weren’t sure what we wanted. All very fresh and desserts were great too. Great place for lunch.
