Before finally moving in together, my husband had a great experience with the Verwaltung of his place. Me on the other hand, no so much.But from the very moment WIFAG/Polytype contacted us to let us know we got the apartment we applied for, they were very friendly and helpful.We've been living at our apartment for almost two years, and in this time WIFAG has been actively going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and the apartment/building was in its best condition.We are very grateful and if we ever move out, we'll try to get another place managed by them. Such quality of service is hard to find these days.
