Really good food, the focus on healthy food is pretty evident in their menus. The staff is friendly and attentive, they are happy to indulge your customising of their dish if you want. Really good taste and if you are working in Novartis campus, this can be a place where you can easily go every now and then. Not a daily eatery though as food is not that cheap to make it a daily eating option.

waren zum Mittagessen da. Man stellt sich in die Schlange und bestellt das Essen - die Bentobox wird gleich am Tresen zusammengestellt. Lecker aber nicht gigantisch gut, aber gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Buddhabowl ist eine Enttäuschung, eigentlich eine Schüssel (geschnitten eingekaufter) Blattsalat mit einem Löffel Quinoa, 1/4 Avocado und einer halben Tomate. Die Zwiebeln gingen wohl aus - null Deko. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht ok! Die Getränkepreise sind ok.

Even though the whole menu was on display, I was forced to order Bento Box at the counter. So I had to place a surprise order forced on me at the last moment. They only had one vegetarian choice for main course so I had to use side course as main menu and they didn’t change the price. It seems they were keen on charging more and not providing proper service. The food was ok. It felt like I was eating CHF and not food. Bad. Won’t go again.

Went around 12 pm for lunch and was disappointed about them not offering brown rice nor half of the bento box ingredients, today they only had pork for the bento box. I ordered a red curry with tofu, it was a very big amount, but I was not too impressed by the taste. Also the still water we payed for came from an open plastic bottle but tasted a little like rusty tab water.

Dear A-Bento Team,Today we had a wonderful lunch in your Restaurant. Your lunch was supper delicious. Probably one of the better Asian Cuisine located in Basel and it's surrounding.(Some of the best Asian dishes I had, ever! )I highly adore your interior design. It is a modern design which will catch your eye. Overall it is a very cozy and inviting place to have a small venue or a nice Lunch/Dinner.
