I had a positive experience when buying a new bike from this shop. They assembled and let me try two different frame sizes despite the current shortage. The bike was perfect, I received a small discount from the standard pricelist and a free service after one month to tune gear and brakes (they perfectly tuned my bike in just a couple of hours).

Marco is really helpful guy, helped me buy the right Seat for my Cross-bike, since I was having a back-pain, he even suggested bike seat is not going to help in back-pain, its the bike position. He even went ahead in helping me about correct bike fit and the store has many accessories and specially they have good range of Specialized Bikes brand. Overall a Great place for cycling products

Die Mechaniker arbeiten gut !Soo gut, dass sie auch die Bremsen in Ordnung brachten,ohne meinen Auftrag.Am Schluss musste ich unterschreiben, dass ich ihre Bremsarbeiten nicht akzeptierte.Besser als die Polizei !Nie wieder Cenci !

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Team. Selbst ein Service aus der Ferne zu organisieren (inklusive Fahrzeugabholung) war für das Team kein Problem und hat einwandfrei geklappt. Bevor grössere und kostspielige Reparaturen gemacht wurden, wurde Rücksprache gehalten. Dies schätze ich.Ich, respektive meine Vespa, kommt gerne wieder;)

I passed by with a vintage bike to ask about a replacement stem. Was told I shouldn’t have bought the bike because it wasn’t the right size (it’s for my daughter who is a bit smaller than me) and also that they would have to take it apart to determine the size (there are only 2 sizes and you can measure the stem diameter without removing anything) and it would cost at least 125 Swiss francs. I am not a beginner and don’t need to be lectured about bike maintenance. I wanted a part to do the work myself. Stems cost 20 Swiss francs and the work would take about 30 minutes max.Arrogant and a ripoff.

Super Service, kompetente Auskunft, gute Produktauswahl und am Schluss noch günstige Preise. Da muss man wirklich nicht mehr über die Grenze.

What great service. I buckled my rear wheel badly on a Eurovelo 6 bike ride which was going to end my holiday. I took to the bike to a major Swiss bike store in Basel, waited about 20 minutes for someone who was rather disinterested to look at the bike, they said can’t repair the wheel needs to be replaced and can’t do it until 6 weeks time. I then took the bike to Cenci Velo, what a difference. Someone looked at the bike straight away, said needs new wheel, you can have it done in 3 days time. I left he bike at the shop only to get an email about 3 hours later saying bike repaired ready for pick up. They did a great job and actually put a better rear wheel on, much tougher more suited to touring. Highly recommend.

The best cycle repair store in Basel ! Max is super friendly and Werner is an expert :) My bike needed a flywheel and a pedal replacement. They use the best quality materials too! I would recommend it all.

Diese Rezension bezieht sich auf meine, erste und letzte Unterhaltung mit einer Person der in der Werkstatt arbeitet.Der Sattle Posten steckte im Velo drinnen, und ich kam mal vorbei um mich zum erkundigen, ob es ein Trick gibt den Posten rauszuholen.Die Person in der Werkstatt hatt mir nur gesagt wenn es nicht raus rutsch würde es 150 CHF Kosten um es raus zu holen... anschliessand mit dem Kommentar wenn man kein Velo bauen kann
