Ich hatte diesen Bank für mein Kunde Empfohlen-Nach Monate lang ziehen von Bearbeitung E-Mail wechsel und Anrufen mit ein Haufen Unterlagen wurde nichts.Immer wieder wurde das selbe verlangt kein Ergebnis-kein Antwort-Sehr,sehr Unprofessionell!!!

Very friendly staff, doing everything possible to make the client feel comfortable. I would especially like to mention the personnel manager Ekaterina Ilina. Another thing is that not everything is within her reach, and the bank has areas in which to develop its service. But in general I'm satisfied with the cooperation!
