Quand les qualités humaines sont à la hauteur du haut degré de compétences techniques et pédagogiques alors on sait que l'apprentissage sera au top! Du réalisme, pas de bla-bla, bref du coaching de qualité. Le mot boxer prend tout son sens avec Lionel grâce sa rigueur et son sens du détail. Laissez vous guider par le rythme des impacts. Je suis très pressé de le retrouver chez nous pour 2 jours de stage.

Au niveau de sa pédagogie comme techniquement le niveau est très haut un vrai professionnel quelle que soit la question posée la réponse sera toujours très logique on sent qu'il a un vrai plaisir d'enseigner toujours dans la bonne humeur avec un travail très sérieux ...

I started 4 months ago and I definitely enjoy it. Learning a real proper western boxing is not something easy to find. But Kong is a really talented coach. He really makes you understand the consequences of your moves.Even if he teaches everywhere in the world, he still has time for us. My body starts to change, I feel better, I have a better shape and I love boxing. Thks for everything coach!
