I run to the shop after work to make it before they closed for an urgent tire change and they refused to help even though there was more than enough time before the closure of the shop for a such s simple service. Never went again.

Hier, j'ai reçu livraison de mon vélo électrique, après 55 ans d'usage de vélo à propulsion humaine (que je continuerai à utiliser, sauf pour des excursions avec mon épouse). Les collaborateurs de m-way sont très professionnels, ... et fort aimables avec le client, ce qui ne gâte rien, bien au contraire.

WOW what service!!! Day 1 of our tandem trip thru Switzerland and France was halted after a cable issue with our Rohlhoff shifter. We happened upon them only by chance on our way to look for a cable at another bike shop. Once we explained the issue, they told us to bring the bike in and they will look after us right away. And did they ever - nothing short of a 5 star performance! If you need anything related to cycling, don't bother looking elsewhere, deal directly with best - M-way!! Thank you!

Having ordered and paid online then seeing a web statement - article available in store - we went to the shop to enquire about the goods, but rather than being given a welcoming reception appropriate for a client, we were given a barrage of impolite statements and interruptions about how the online service was not connected to the shop, and that although the web confusingly stated the article was available in the shop, we'd have to wait for one being sent from a warehouse. We were told of the work involved, the use of carton and the shipment, and that it made no sense to want the article clearly visible on the shelf. At no time did the assistant enquire about our needs as clients nor seek to accommodate us. When advised that we could simply cancel the order (as is our legal right) the person continued his diatribe about the internal logistics aspects of the company. There are plenty of competent polite store keepers elsewhere in town. M Way ? - No Way !
