One of the best services! Never experienced a lounge while applying for a visa!!

I wish I could give zero.I was planning to go on business trip to India and hence needed a business visa. I call the center and inquired all the documents I have to prepare for the application, they sent me the list, I prepared everything duly, paid for the application and sent my passport and documents per post to Bern. One week later, without hearing from them, I call again, only to find out (very casually) that I actually NEEDED to go to Bern for the fingerprints and visa photo - NOBODY ever mentioned this highly important step to me (I wonder how long would they have kept my passport and application there if I wouldn't have called to inquire). I couldn't go to Bern since I was traveling for work and had no gap in between travels.Now, the best part.I asked them to send my passport back and they inquired an outrageous price to send it via their currier (something like 57chf). I arranged someone to pick it up and send via post for 7chf. At the end I had to apply for a tourist e-visa and traveled to India with tourist visa, which was highly inconvenient since I had to leave the country after 90 days and re-enter it again - right in the middle of my stay there.I also requested the refund of the amount I paid for business visa 290chf - 3 months - THREE MONTHS - later I am still waiting for the to refund me! I have lost the count of e-mail I have wrote them - no answer.This is by far the worst service I have received in my life.

Ich warte seit einigen Wochen auf mein Visum für Indien. Solange ist mein Reisepass schon im Büro vom indischen Visa Center in Bern.Gestern haben sie mir mitgeteilt, dass sie meine Reisepassfotos sowie die Gebühren nicht erhalten haben obwohl ich letzten Freitag eine Mail geschickt habe mit PDF der Geldüberweisung und einem Bild von der Quitting bei der Post mit dem Brief in welchem die Reisepassfotos drin sind.Jetzt habe angerufen und darum gebeten, dass sie mir den Reisepass ohne Visum sowie die Gebühren zurücksenden.Das Flugticket kann ich nicht stornieren und auch nicht das Reiseziel ändern.

If the company wants to address this, I am giving a very honest review. I made a call for the inquiry, but after 20 attempts no one answered, so I would say the company's phone response is worse. Please don't pledge duties that you won't be able to carry out.

The Visa Center kept my passport for 6 weeks, when it should have been a maximum of 10 days. They utterly failed to keep me informed about all the delays that were happening, to the point that I had to get myself a second emergency passport and almost cancel another trip that I had planned 4 (!) weeks after I originally handed over my documents to the Visa Center. Their support was laughable. The hotline was not reachable 90% of the time. They almost cost me my flight to India as well and if I hadn‘t contacted and pushed them every stept of the way and across the finish line I surely wouldn‘t have made it. Even a zero star rating would be more than they deserve.

Also ich kann nur positives von dem Center berichten. Die Dame sprach fliessend gutes Deutsch und wirkte sehr freundlich und kompetent. Mir wurde von Anfang an gesagt welche Dokumente noch nötig sind. Als ich alle Dokumente abgegeben habe das war an einem Mittwoch erhielt ich exakt 7 Tage später ein Anruf, dass mein Arbeitsvisum genehmigt ist und ich es abholen kann. In den 7 Tagen war Karfreitag, Samstag, Sonntag und Ostermontag inbegriffen. Also 4 Arbeitstage, um alles zu bearbeiten. Herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter für die schnelle und zuverlässige Arbeit.

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Angestellter. Wir mussten nicht anstehen und sind innerhalb von weniger als 20 Min (für 2 Visa) mit dem ganzen Prozess durch gewesen. Selbst die Fotos im speziellen Format haben wir im Automaten vor Ort angefertigt und hat geklappt. Automat hat einzig keine Noten akzeptiert, nur 5 Fränkler.

this is crazy . i feel like cryingI planned my trip to united states for the month of may and applied for a visa renewal on united states . everything went fast on the website of the embassy up until they send me to the vfs global payment link . i thought eveything will keep on going smoothly up until i realised i paid for nothing . nobody is answering . nothing is happening . they took my money . my visa process is now blocked because of this company . i can`t believe us embassy is choosing to do things this way . THIS IS CRAAAAZY !For Christ Sake !!!! we are in switzerland not in india !!!! this service should work ! it is important.The answer they provided for this review is also a lie . I wrote on facebook . they answered to ask for more details and then never answered again . i am waiting for an answer for another week and nothing

Nur dank dem India Visa Application Center musste Ich meinen Flug nach Indien nicht umbuchen. Zudem sind Alle sehr freundlich. Top!

So dissapointed. No help at all. They didn't even know anything about emergency passport from Switzerland and why it got rejcted from e-visa. Phone lines down and no reply via e-mail. So I drove 2 hours to Bern just to get no help at all.
