Tesbaux was extremely helpful for finding an apartment around Geneva. For a very fair price, they handled all the communication with the agencies / landlords, advised me on my applications and helped me submit those. They were very responsive and flexible to adjust the search according to any requirements I would have. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!

Tesbaux est tout simplement la plateforme parfaite pour trouver un logement sur Genève.Je cherchais un logement sur Genève depuis le mois de novembre 2021. Je suis passé par des soi-disant chercheurs d'appartements" (beaucoup d'arnaques de ce type à Genève) qui nous prélèvent de l'argent pour ouvrir notre dossier (~350/400 CHF) et nous proposent finalement très rarement de visiter des appartements (et qui se révèlent finalement être beaucoup trop chers).En janvier 2022 je n'avais toujours rien et la situation devenait très urgente. Je suis finalement tombé sur Tesbaux qui a fait un travail absolument phénoménal pour m'aider à trouver le plus rapidement possible un logement. En l'espace de seulement 3 semaines

Appartement trouvé dès le premier dossier envoyé via Tes Baux, qui correspond qui plus est en tout à mes critères de recherches ! Le prix est plus que correct pour la prestation. Je recommande à 100%, accompagnement parfait jusqu'à la réception des clés !

Today I signed the lease for my new apartment, which is practically perfect in every way. A huge thank you to Antoine at Tesbaux for accompanying me through this entire process!Antoine is clearly an expert in the Swiss rental market and knows how to navigate it. I cannot imagine this flat search without his guidance, expertise, and support, and he was responsive and reassuring throughout the process. I was very stressed about the whole situation as I started my search just as the quiet season began, but Antoine assured me that we would find something and that he would see it through.Using Tesbaux definitely simplified the flat search process, which is stressful and quite complicated in Switzerland. All I had to do was provide the necessary documents and send links or react to the options sent to me.Like other reviewers have mentioned, Tesbaux does not charge you to open a file, and they have different plans you can subscribe to. I picked the Plus plan, so in addition to preparing and depositing my dossier for applications and liaising with the régies, Antoine arranged and accompanied me to visits, picking up the keys and visiting apartments without me when I was unable to attend due to my work schedule, all for a fair price. It was absolutely worth it and took a weight off my shoulders.In short, Antoine and Tesbaux came highly recommended, and I in turn heartily recommend him as well. Thank you!

La recherche d'appartement à Genève est notoirement difficile et longue, car le marché est saturé. De nombreuses agences de relocation existent mais les conditions sont parfois opaques, les prix prohibitifs, et les résultats discutables. Tesbaux m'a agréablement surprise : c'est un exemple positif de structure qui ne profite pas des personnes pressées de trouver un bien, qui développe une offre sur mesure de recherche et de mise en relation pour location et remise de bail. Le service clientèle est ultra réactif et à l'écoute. Je ne peux que recommander !

Geneva is a very difficult housing market, but I'm glad to have worked with Johnattan Lambert from Tesbaux for my apartment search. He started by saving my skin before I had even paid his fee; my temporary housing was canceled just 2 days before my flight to Geneva, but Johnattan found me a great short-term furnished apartment and liability insurance in less than 24 hours. Our second housing search took longer (thankfully!), but he patiently walked me through the process, helped me clarify my preferences, followed up on dozens of leads, and finally found me an excellent and very central flat that met all of my criteria and more. J'avais essayé par le passé de faire appel à une agence de relocation, qui pour un prix exorbitant n'avait pas réussi à me trouver un appartement dans le canton.Mais après plusieurs mois éprouvants de recherche, j'ai fini par me tourner vers Tesbaux. En quelques semaines à peine, ils m'ont trouvé l'appartement parfait qui validait tous mes critères de recherche.L'équipe est formidable, toujours disponible pour donner des conseils et à l'écoute. J'ai eu le droit à un suivi parfait de mon dossier, du début à la toute fin.Niveau prix, la différence est phénoménale.
