Don't come to this place. You won't learn anything. Food is really bad, same as the quality and most importantly the administration is 1 big elite scam group.

I am currently studying in this school as an Higher Diploma student and I am thinking of moving to another school because: food is very bad as we were having plain pasta and rice with a poorly cooked stew on weekdays and during weekends we had leftover food from the weekdays and the price for food was 3000chf for 4 months, quality of education is not good as what I paid for. Everything is so overpriced, there used to be a protest within the school asking about changing the food quality, however nothing changed. Because of this and the factors I mentioned above, I would not recommend anyone to decide to study here if you are looking to study hospitality (it is even worse for culinary students as you learn absolutely nothing)
