Super happy with everything, I felt heard and respected during the whole stay. Great midwives during birth after postpartum, baby clothes, pampers and all women need offered, very nice approach, everything explained. 2 beds in one room. I felt like in private hospital (obnly if I was alone in the room), it was a great choice.

Possibly the worst gynaecologist I have ever been to. I would recommend La Tour if you can. Extremely unprofessional staff stuck in the 1920’s.

We had a wonderful experience delivering our son via c-section last week. We left impressed how well the whole process was organised. All specialists and sage femmes were professional and knowledgeable about our particular circumstances, communication was flawless and support - never-ending. Starting from our initial consultation with the gynaecologist and the nurses, following by the procedure and after care. I don’t remember all the names of the people who helped us during the journey but everyone with no exceptions were so kind, caring and patient with us.Thank you for creating such special memories for us! We are wishing you the best success in your wonderful work!

I was very anxious to deliver m first child during a pandemic in HUG... I mean I was born in Grangettes... but life made that my only option at that time was HUG! Despite the fact that I waited a bit toooo long before being taken cared of (there’s nothing much they could’ve done) I was sitting at the reception for a good 30 to 40 min while I was in labour... I really loved all the rest. I ask for the chambre nature... for natural birth. The midwife was patient, calm, very attentive... and everything I wanted they gave it to me... the listen followed my birth plan (very much in line with their policy anyways). In a few words if you want a natural birth HUG is the place.

My wife had the worst experience upon delivering our first child at HUG. They made several mistakes upon inducing birth, refused to do a c-section on time and had to take out the baby in urgency, which resulted in a complete mess and a 2-hour operation for my wife after delivery. She was in bed for 7 days without being able to stand up.Additionally, they did not respect her will not to breastfeed and we had to beg several days that she gets the pill. In fact, she was constantly pushed to breastfeed when we had repeatedly said no!.After such traumatic experience, she was treated with no tact at all and was told things such as in Africa moms deliver standing and they keep on walking...". After two years of therapy

Our baby was born at HUG Maternity. I would give negative stars if possible. It was the worst experience of our lives. They did not follow safe medical practices and did not put our interests first in their medical treatment. They lied to us and did not respect our wishes. HUG also made critical mistakes that lead to actions that gave us unneeded stress and they used it to push their care incentives that went against what we desired for the best care of our baby.It was the worst medical care and practices as well as patient interactions I have ever witnessed in a medical establishment. I will never trust HUG again.I highly recommend using another medical facility and recommend avoiding HUG at all cost. It was the worst experience of our lives and it was supposed to be the best with our joy in the arrival of our baby.Do not use HUG as their medical practices will put your baby and the mothers lives in danger and add stress that is unneeded and they will push their beliefs against your will on you when you are most vulnerable in your concern for your baby’s health and the mothers health. I in no way recommend HUG maturity and recommend you distrust them in every action and word they say and take in medical care.

Had the best birthing experience in HUG. Absolutely amazing & caring medical professionals, maternity services - all top notch. The aftercare was also fabulous - felt more like in a lovely hotel than a hospital. Thank you all HUG staff - keep up the good work :)

Had the worst experience ever at the emergency room, I was there since mid day to 19.30pm to see a doctor that I didn't see just to ask the front desk and for them to tell me my problem is not important. You people are not serious does it have to be someone brought in the wheelchair for you the think it important, yes their people in more problems than the rest but it doesn't mean everyone else is not y, it's not like you lacking resources, it's basic common sense that you all need to apply (people who are sick more yes you put them first but fix in between those that have less problems so that you don't have to make people wait the all day for something thats)can be dealt with in 30 to 45mini
