Mediocre food, with probably very little of the sauces homemade as they felt of industrial / cheap commercial nature filled in preserves. Average service, with young waiters that should do something else out of her time. Music and ambiance were depressive. Not recommended at all.

Peking duck dinner is best served here. You start with the skin wrapped with crepe and the second serving is the meat paired with rice.

Do not ever order “bò bún” from this restaurant. The plate does not have beef (bò) as this dish supposed to have. The fish sauce is a complete failure, it’s kinda a mixture of water, garlic, chili and hell a lot of vinegar, no balance at all; that’s why the sauce is too sour and lack of saltiness. In term of price, this dish is overpriced, overcharged for 25CHF because it has only 2 spring rolls, the rest is vermicelli, a bit of mint, cucumber , carrot and pineapple ( I don’t understand why they put pineapple in this dish, it’s totally out of taste , may be they want it looks more voluminous!!! ) .

Best Chinese restaurant great choice also gluten free. They have a great menu and, in my own opinion their recipies are influenced by modern cuisine. I loved the way they used fresh mint in their beef soup and their sauces with mustard and peanuts are amazing as a topping for dumplings and spring rolls. I will eat again here for sure

A wonderful place! Not cheap but meal is authentic, service is outstanding, and we have discovered wonderful Chinese wines with nice explanations/tasting/etc. Definitely recommend!3 days AFTER: guess what - we have returned!!! Wish I could put another review but I can’t. So, just adding to this one - Everything is same great!

would not recommend take out from here. you’re really paying the price for the experience and ambiance of the restaurant. it’s overpriced for the food that you get

Excellent Peking Duck. Exceptional service. Staff is very polite unlike others in Geneva. Not loud, big and very clean place. Opened on Sunday. Prices are correct. Yes! To get back!We got back to Baguette d’Or with our parents by the end of the 2018 to be precise one month after we went first time. I’ve ordered Peking Duck by phone, so when we’ve arrived shortly right after everything was ready. As usual, polite staff which is very attentive to the details. I haven’t been recently to other Chinese restaurants in Geneva, but I think we will get back to La Baguette d’Or.

Dined with my family yesterday. The food was delicious, one of the best chinese restaurants that I have eaten since the last best one opposite to head post office was closed a decade ago. I should have known before. Kind and polite staff (respect is reciprocative). Relaxing ambience with a fusion of east and west interior, kind of going into a spa with dim light (and the west touch of tinted mirrors) to get your pallet massaged. Amazing food, enjoyed the whole experience.
