Expérience déplorable. Après plus de 3 mois d'attente et 2 retours au magasin, mon horloge n'était toujours pas réparée et des pièces avaient été changées alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire. Le magasin où j'ai ensuite été a mis 5 minutes pour trouver le problème...

On reconnait facilement les meilleurs dans la crise. Un couac initial a donné lieu à une belle rencontre avec cette enseigne au service finalement impeccable. À l'écoute et professionnel, le gérant de cet établissement est à l'écoute et comprend les situations. Merci pour le service et... les produits d'exception, qu'il ne faut pas oublier :)Ma montre âgée de plus de 10 ans a été bichonnée par l'équipe et est revenue précise comme une Raymond Weil à mon bras...

Staff are most friendly and professional assisting with technical information, and details of beautiful watches.I walked in off the street as soon as I arrived in Geneva to purchase an classic automatic watch and found one here as soon as I arrived. Which I am most happy with. The band was adjusted to suit my wrist on the spot and it feels very comfortable on my arm.There is a great range of multiple makes and models to choose from including the classic to the most modern watches.After purchasing my watch I was given instructions to go online and register so I get the full warranty and I can take that warranty anywhere in the world to get my watch fixed should it need any attention.

My experience at Montres was one of a kind. I always wanted a watch from switzerland and went to the best place for that. Mr. Chabrol was very kind and got me various styles to choose from. Im a very picky person, but the selection was so big i found the perfect one for me. I also got a little extra prensent with the watch, i really appreciated that.I recommend coming for an one of a kind experience.Thank you Mr. Chabrol for my new Watch!
