Very nice and kindly service at desk. At French side at the airport. You can walk from 2nd floor if you entered by Switzerland part. They asked for insurance around 300 Euro which is not stated at online reservation; they insisted even I already had insurance on online system. If you do not accept insurance, they will ask 1500 Euro to be blocked on your credit card. If you accept to pay insurance, they ask 600 Euro to be blocked on your credit card.DO NOT use debit card for blockage. I have used my debit card for blockage operation and it took many months to get my money back. Service Desk should be trained on this issue and confirm with customers if they are not using a Debit Card for blocking operation.

Mejorable. Coche sin limpiar por dentro, gasolina sin llenar, no hay agua para cristales. Sorpresa! +60€ si quieres circular por Alemania (coche recogido en Euroairport Basel-Freiburg-Mulhouse). Atención correcta y rápida. Precio barato pero con sorpresa.

Excellent service, short queues, polite smiley staff (with excellent language skills) and the pick-up/drop-off was very smooth. We'd like to thank Alain for his patience and travel advice; and Oumaïma and Rayane for reimbursing us for the oil. 10/10!

New rental company, no problems. The car was not brand new, but I’m happy to pay less in exchange. I booked through an agent and my fiat 500 was not available, but paid a small amount to upgrade (I will chase my agent to get this back) the car had some marks not noted, but was easily clarified with an email. Upon drop off it wasn’t a case of trying to find any small fault to keep some deposit. So very happy with them. The car also had full fuel, I hate it when you have to bring it back at half full etc.

Prix non compétitifs, responsable pas agréable. Heureusement que les deux jeunes filles sont là pour rattraper l’histoire parce que sinon ils n’auraient aucuns clients.Surtout lisez bien les CGV car y’a des choses qu’ils ne vous disent pas.

We discovered Rentscape, a new car rental agency, last weekend. We were extremely pleased to deal with them, of course the very fair price played a role but not only. The car, an up to date (lots of features) Peugeot 208, greatly weighed in the balance and more than met our expectations. Last but not least, the great welcome and professional interactions with the two agents, helpful, witty, sincere and funny rendered our experience delightful. We warmly recommend this agency.

Ho usufruito di questo servizio all'aeroporto di Basilea per un noleggio di qualche giorno. La signora è stata sin da subito disponibilissima e gentilissima. Rapidità ed efficienza. Consiglio a tutti, per il futuro se mi dovesse servire, tornerei sicuramente!

I cancelled my reservation a week before the check-in day. it has been already 20 days and still haven't got my money back. i have got no reply from them.If you ever plan to book with them consider that they may not refund you if you need to cancel the reservation.
