Mon avis : nul de chez nul. Apres avoir reçu un mail de confirmation pour la réservation de mon utilitaire pour un week end, on m'envoi un mail, le lendemain apres midi , et en Allemand, Lausanne, on parle Français il me semble... pour me dire :ahhhh y a pas de camions dispo pour le week end ....Merci Europcar de me mettre dans une salle position face a mes obligations

For me, that specific Europcar store/point (I dont talk about europcar as a company, on other locations) caused me no problem and the people are very helpful and kind.

Rented me a van, had no charging point, I told them I had to drive 12 hour return journey, told me they fixed it, never did, not helpful. Will never use again, it is not something we check I was told, 2 phones and no charging point, needed for the sat nav, for me unprofessional.

Les voitures proposées par ce site ne sont pas top. En plus l'agence se trouve à l'intérieur du concessionnaire VW. Il faut traversé l'intérieur et prendre un escalier.

Service horrible, rempli de problèmes. Pas la voiture commandée, voiture livrée 3h plus tard et personne pour nous prendre en charge. À eviter !!

Excellent service, vraiment au top! Personnel agréable et très arrangeant, merveilleux accueil, voiture sympathique... vraiment rien à dire.Attention, l'agence se trouve à l'intérieur du concessionnaire VW, pas très visible de l'extérieur.
