Not only is the customer service really fantastic from initial concept to delivery but Milola offers a unique range of stylish and quality products that we have found difficult to find in Switzerland. We had such a great experience ordering our custom Kristensen Kristensen dining table that we have just ordered our Bolzan bed with Charlotte and she has helped with every detail and answered many questions to ensure it's exactly what we are looking for. I ordered a beautiful bed frame from Milola. Everything was handled via email without me needing to visit the store and they were so patient to answer all my questions and even mail me various fabric swatches so I can choose at home. Charlotte Hazlewood is amazing to work with. The order became available on-time. The delivery, assembly and recycling of my old bed frame was also seamless at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Milola.

Charlotte of Milola is a true professional with punctual service and a great product range that you won't easily find in Switzerland. Her products are beautiful and she completely delivered on our specific request of wood and fabric for chairs, can totally recommend her. O and she speaks English and French.
