OMEGA Boutique

In der Omega Boutique Flughafen Zürich im Circle sind wir heute einmal wieder sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich empfangen worden. Das heute eingetroffene neue Highlight von Omega in grün, den Worldtimer, konnten wir bewundern. Eine sehr fachlich kompetente und ausführliche Beratung durften wir mit Gastfreundlichkeit genießen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei Omega am Flughafen Zürich! Herr Ramón Tscharner machte unseren Besuch wieder zum “Erlebnis”. Besten Dank, Nada und Oliver.

Ausgezeichnete Beratung von Frau Zürcher erhalten. Uns wurden alle gewünschten Uhren präsentiert, sehr viele Details zur Geschichte und Uhr selbst präsentiert und man spürt förmlich die Begeisterung zur Marke. Hier fühlt man sich als Kunde noch sehr wertgeschätzt und verlässt den Store mit Freude.

I have viewed a lot of Omega watches online and read a ton of reviews and really like the Speedmaster line; both the look and the tie to the NASA space program. In pictures I was quite partial to the Blue Side of the Moon model. So, I stopped into the Omega boutique to see what they had in the store.First of all it is a unique experience as the door is locked until someone let's you in. The atmosphere is bright but imposing for someone new to luxury watch shopping/browsing. However the boutique is very well laid out and enjoyable to look around in. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help even if you tell them you are not ready to buy and it is your first time in.I must say that the service provided by Sandra W. Was exceptional. If you are in Zurich and looking to buy an Omega, I would recommend you talk to her. Not only did see the standard Blue Side of the Moon (304.93.44.52.03.001) but she brought the version with the crystals in the face and gold embellishments (304.93.44.52.03.002). Talk about dream watch! I know what I am saving my $$$ for. Without her brining it out of the back, I wouldn't have known how fantastic it is in person. All in all a very pleasurable experience. Thank you Sandra and team.

The wife and I bought our first twinning Omega from this store. Service was superb. Sandra was very patient and helpful. Not having a particular model in mind, she asked us our style preferences and our current watches. She then brought out several models. It was very hard to choose but Sandra guided us through the prcess and gave us great advice. She never tried to upsell but only recommended those that she thinks will fit our personality and complement our current watches. Her service was above and beyond. We will definitely drop by again on our next visit to Zurich.

Had a wonderful experience visiting this boutique, they were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They presented me the new collection they have, and as an avid Omega watch owner / enthusiast i feel proud on how the brand takes care of its customers. Als ich den Laden betrat wurde ich direkt sehr freundlich von dem Portier erwähnt und an eine nette Dame, die sich später als Frau Sandra Witkowska vorstellte.Sandra gab mir das Gefühl, mehr als nur in irgendeinem Laden zu sein, sondern fast zuhause. Ich fühlte mich willkommen und gut aufgehoben.Sie bat mir Getränke an und nahm sich viel Zeit um mir alle Optionen zu zeigen, dabei erklärte sie vieles über Omegas Geschichte und den Laden.Ich werde jederzeit auf Frau Witkowska bei Fragen zurückkommen und kann sie nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Ihre Kenntnisse und ihr Können sind ausgezeichnet.Ich freue mich den Laden wieder besuchen zu dürfen!

Im Dezember 2022 habe ich hier meine erste Speedy erworben und es war ein tolles Erlebnis! Anfänglich habe ich mich erst gar nicht in den Laden getraut da ich dachte meine Kleidung würde nicht passen aber das hat absolut keine Rolle gespielt (nicht das ich nicht anständig aus dem Hause gehen würde aber Ihr wisst was ich meine). Durch die super Beratung von Ramon haben wir schnell die Perfekte Uhr für mich gefunden und ich kann es kam erwarten bis ich bei Ramon meine 2. OMEGA mein eigen nennen darf! Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

After a bad experience at a local retailer, we decided to check out the Omega boutique.Absolutely lovely staff - extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Walked us through different options, and landed us on a watch that I absolutely love. The watchmaker Laura was a gem.Walked out with a watch I am super happy with, and an experience that was amazing.

A flaship store with flagship service! The people working there are a delight and every visit is an experience. We had a great tour in store with the SA Mr. Tscharner and even as a watch enthusiast, i have learned some new stuff about Omega and their history.If you have some time to spare at the Airport, this beautiful store is worth visiting. If you are into watches, this place is worth your time. If you want an Omega timepiece, this is where you go, full stop.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne OMEGA Boutique.Ganz grosses Kino!Ich hatte das Vergnügen, von Herrn Tscharner beraten zu werden.Man erkennt sofort, dass die Mitarbeiter exzellent geschult sind.Die Fachkompetenz wie auch das Engagement / Leidenschaft ist beeindruckend.
