We had a deeply disappointing experience with this agency and don’t recommended doing business with Visalp due to their lack of customer orientation:1) We rented a beautiful chalet but they didn’t clean it: dirty towels, leftovers in the garlic press, hair in the bed and bath are some examples besides dirty floor and kitchen.2) If these things happen, it should be solved immediately. However, they ignored our calls and were even rude instead of providing a solution. As we didn‘t want to wait two days for their follow-up cleaning, we had to do it ourselves!
