I can't recommend him highly enough.Richard has been the lawyer in my separation/divorce case in Zurich. The first phase, which extended over five months in 2022, was one of the most difficult, uncertain, and vulnerable times of my life. I have been in the relationship for over fifteen years and have two small kids. The separation process involved both a parental agreement for the definition of the custody and kid’s care and a financial agreement resulting in the payment of the required children support.Richard provided me a very secure and gentle guidance over this turbulent period. As my first (and surely last!) separation process, I had to learn everything from scratch, complex topics in a complex language I don’t fully master, with the future of my kids in line. It was essentially a nightmare, where very difficult truths had to be faced and accepted.Richard was very empathetic witnessing my stress and the ups and downs during these months. At the same time, he never sugarcoated the reality, which I had to acknowledge sooner than later. If it was not for him, his persistence, and influence, I would have accepted a much worse financial agreement, just for the sake of ending the nightmare.We ended up in court and Richard was brilliant! And it was not a case easy to prepare, because I wanted to be part of every detail, and be sure everything was analytically correct to the cent. Let’s say I was a demanding client. Very independent, brainy, who doesn’t know a thing about law, but still wanted to give my opinion in every detail! He was very patient, took into consideration many of my concerns, but also followed the strategy he thought was the right one for me to get the best outcome. As good as it gets. At the end, the agreement we reached in court was excellent for me and my kids, and we settled for a much higher level of support than I was expecting.I cannot be more grateful to Richard and the work he and his team did on my case. And the best of all was the joy of seeing the cheater defeated and now paying more every month for his selfishness.

Trotzt gewisse Ausbildung kann man nicht sagen das ein gute Anwalt. Nimmt telefon nicht ab , auf Mail reagiert nicht. Erst wann ich ihm kündigung geschickt , hat er auch mir eine Kündigung gesendet . Dabei hat verleumdet das er das Mandat abgeben musste" . Fur Falle wo man richtig denken
