Ich hatte eine sehr angenehme Knie OP bei Doktor Luginbühl. Und wurde überall liebevoll behandelt vorallem von Frau Kälin.Ich wurde auch immer was gerade passiert genaustens informiert. Vielen Dank

Here is our experience with this Klinik,our daughter has inner feet from when she start to walk already continue 3 years so we come her to find some solution to help her. The first time when we come we didn’t know anything and totally trust doctor. He told us there is nothing to do for the moment and if she is not lucky she need to do operation later.After when we talk with other parents in the school they tell us their kid first doctor said the same but don’t trust too much. After they change two doctors and then they get good information that there is insole can help this problem and also physiotherapy.So according to their experience we go back again and ask if our kid can have insole and the answer is yes. But doctor say he don’t know if it is helpful. He think we should stay there do nothing and he don’t like so much we use our insurance, he think we should pay by ourself. But we think if we stay here only waiting for lucky is too strange and not useful.So we ask the prescription，it totally took 15 mins.Why I remember so clear the time because our kid has swimming class 5.30pm and we already wait more than 20mins in the waiting room. When we enter is already 4.50pm. This is why we have no time to discuss too much about his strange ion.After we talk with our insurance they agree to pay 50 percent with our additional insurance.One week later, we receive a LETTER from this doctor, meaning is he don’t suggest insurance to pay us about the insole and other physical therapy, also he CC to our insurance company. So the situation is we pay 1000chf per month to buy insurance and when we have problem, doctor here don’t want you use even it is only few money.So if someone want to go there, maybe you should understand they don’t stand on your point of view. They want more to save money then solve problems.This is not the end, later we receive bill almost 180chf for this 15mins talk. So means one min is 10chf. Maybe the mail he ask insurance don’t pay for us , this time also charge to us. Finally the insole we ask is only 400chf and we already pay 180chf for nothing because they don’t want insurance pay for us.
