Apple Rennweg

I recently visited this Apple Store with high expectations as other stores I had been to were great. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. I felt compelled to share my disappointment, particularly regarding the sales team's behavior, which made me feel rushed and pressured throughout my visit.From the moment I stepped into the store, I sensed an atmosphere of urgency and impatience. It seemed like the sales team was more focused on closing deals quickly rather than taking the time to understand my needs and provide helpful assistance. I understand that they may have been busy, but this shouldn't justify compromising the customer experience.

Letzte Woche war ich im Apple Store am Rennweg, um mein defektes IPad Air auszutauschen. Ich war hocherfreut, erneut von Jure beraten zu werden, bei dem ich schon mehrere IPhones und IPads in den vergangenen Jahren gekauft habe. Jure macht nicht nur eine exzellente Beratung, sondern auch einen ebensolchen Service, der selbst im Apple Store nicht selbstverständlich ist. Er ist immer motiviert und bereit für kleine zusätzliche Serviceleistungen, ist stets sehr geduldig bei Fragen, dazu äußerst hôflich und gut gelaunt. Der Preis für das Apple Produkt spielt fast keine Rolle, weil man sich optimal betreut fühlt. Ich werde jedenfalls auch meine zukünftigen Apple Geräte bei Jure und seinem Team am Rennweg in Zurich kaufen.

My partner and I visited this Apple store just to get an iPhone cover + screen protector. We found a very friendly, fast, and efficient service.The staff member happily assisted us to put the screen protector and was very kind and patient throughout the process. Prices for these items are high but that’s the case in all Apples stores (and we’ve been to plenty of them across Europe & the US).The only point of feedback for this specific store would be the lack of diversity which is relatively unusual in Apple Stores. I saw only white people working here which is a bit disappointing and certainly not representative of Zurich’s population.

Visited as tourists. This was our first visit in a Apple Store ever. We were greeted by a friendly staff member and we had a very nice talk about Apple Stores in general. One other member was asking if she could help us but after we disagreed we were able to check out the available products: latest iPhones, iPads, accessories for all Apple products by Apple or Third-Party companies. You can pay by cash, Apple Pay or by card. The staff was race and gender mixed and the atmosphere itself was very comfortable.

Ich bin ein sehr grosser Apple Fan. Kaufe immer das neuste Iphone und wechsle nach einem Jahr. Ja der ganze Spass kostet was, aber aus meiner Sicht lohnt es sich, die Geräte sind einfach Super.Der Shop in Zürich finde ich mehr als nur genial. War schon öfter da. Egal ob ein Batterieproblem, Display gebrochen, irgendein Zubehörteil oder was auch immer ist dies mein Lieblingsshop.Hier geht es wirklich zügig vorwärts und jeder Mitarbeiter ist mehr als freundlich.Früher hatte ich eine andere Marke und fand die Betreuung relativ mager und es war nicht so der freundliche Umgang.Bei Apple generell und diesem tollen Shop ist man wunderbar aufgehoben.Kann man nur mit 5-Sternen bewerten und auch klar weiter empfehlen :)

I am utterly disgusted and appalled by the abhorrent display of racism and discrimination my husband and I experienced during our recent visit to the Apple Store at Rennweg 43, 8001 Zurich. I never imagined that we would encounter such blatant and overt prejudice in a supposedly reputable establishment like Apple.From the moment we stepped foot into the store, it was clear that we were being singled out solely because of the color of our skin.The security personnel took it upon herself to shadow our every move, lurking around every corner, as if we were criminals. Seeking some assistance and hoping to address the discomfort we felt, we approached the Apple employees and shared our concerns. Shockingly, instead of empathizing with our situation, they shamefully chose to side with the security personnel, dismissing our valid grievances. It was as if they were complicit in perpetuating this atmosphere of racism and discrimination.When I mustered the courage to confront the security personnel directly about her behavior, expressing how uncomfortable she was making us feel, her response was nothing short of despicable. With an attitude dripping with disdain, she replied, I'm just doing my job." Her excuse was not only dismissive but also failed to acknowledge the unnecessary level of surveillance and intimidation she subjected us to.We explained

Ich hatte das Gefühl von Robotern bedient zu werden. Am Eingang wird man von einer Person gefragt was man braucht, die nächste Person sagt kaum hallo und sagt: Zuerst will ich deinen Ausweis sehen! Sie holt das Armband für die Uhr und schaut überheblich zu, wie der Kunde versucht das Ding an seine Uhr anzubringen. Kein Lächeln, keine freundliche Geste, keine Frage ob man helfen dürfe, einfach nichts. Als hätte man es mit einem Automaten zu tun. Warum nicht gleich alles Online? Kundenkontakt und Service scheint in diesem Geschäft niemand zu interessieren. Ich werde diesen Laden in Zukunft meiden.

Mitarbeiter sind nicht kompetent genug.Habe einen Termin vereinbart und bin pünktlich angekommen. Erklärte den Grund für die Anfrage und erläuterte das Problem. Der Mitarbeiter erwies sich speziell in Bezug auf mein Problem als inkompetent. Ich habe keine Ahnung, warum ist er zu mir gekommen.Ich musste noch 4 Stunden warten, um Rat und Hilfe bei der Lösung eines elementaren Problems zu bekommen.Am Ende konnten sie mir nicht helfen, da ihr Wissen sehr begrenzt ist.

Es wurde schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Das Problem war in gut 10 Minuten gelöst. So habe ich noch keinen anderen Apple Store gesehen. Unbedingt einen Termin abmachen oder man wartet ewig oder muss an einem anderen Tag kommen.
