Sehr zuvirkommendes und freundliches Personal! War mit meinem Cabrio dort, weil das Dach nicht mehr richtig schloss, Regenwetter stand bevor. Sie konnten den Fehler rasch und kompetent beheben, dazu noch festgestellt, dass die Batterie am Ende war, haben unverzüglich eine Occassionsbatterie eingesetzt. Das Ganze kostenlos. Wo gibts denn sowas noch heutzutage? Mille Grazie!!

Ho dovuto portare la mia auto su richiesta dell’importatore per un difetto.Chiedo l’auto sostitutiva ma non è gratuita…Ritiro l’auto e non è stata pulita…Posso capire tutto ma vi faccio presente che la concorrenza, parlo per esperienza, quanto vi faccio rimarcare lo fanno senza nemmeno chiedere.Scusate lo sfogo, ma dato che mi chiedete il mio parere, io lo espongo.

Very helpful and professional. Our car broke down on the highway and was brought by TCS to this workshop. As we were on holidays we needed a quick fix. They immediately tried to order the broken parts and manage to fix the car so that we could pick it up on our way back (train/bus) from Arosa. The car was fixed in time and below the budget initially communicated. Friendly and responsive communication was in English and French due to my loose Italian.
