I have long been interested in the Ayurvedic health perspective and finally took the plunge to consult with Dr. Dinu Raj at Asha Experience. It was very interesting and helpful. Completely different than consulting with western doctors who generally want to write you a prescription for a drug before seeing you out of the office. Well worth it and will consult again at some point.

I had very nice sessions with Neha, interesting, well adapted for me and my bones and pain . Breathing exercices very powerfull and a nice way to teach and progress. Neha is very helpfull, concerning and full of a very nice joy and she is dedicated to her paractice. That's very important to feel a teachter who embodies her practice. I enjoy all my sessions very much even if it was very early in the morning ( as I wishes it). A good way to a good start for the day. Thanks a lot to her.
