Lovely Hotel, perfectly situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main Zurich attractions, yet close enough to get to the key places via TRAM, a stop for which is literally at a walk of two-three minutes from the hotel.The rooms are good, albeit can feel small if you have a few bags as the bags will take up the open space. The staff is very nice and friendly, but since they have a cafe/bar and a full fledged Italian restaurant on the premises, they do get busy during peak hours attending to other customers and you may encounter a wait to get responses.If there is a few recommendations I could make - WiFi is pretty spotty and when the place gets busy, it can be really slow. Secondly, in the rooms it would be great if they could add some USB changing ports as most of the devices these days need those for charging and that will alleviate the need to bring multiple wall connection adapters.

Ich war schon zweimal dort, aber auch nur wegen der guten Lage zur Universität.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber ansonsten finde ich hier recht wenig positives am Hotel.Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung und man kann sich selbst Eier braten, aber die Geräte dafür sind eine echte Zumutung (das hat sich auch nicht verändert).Zimmer sind ziemlich abgenutzt, keine Klimaanlage und es wirkt etwas schmuddelig und improvisiert leider, auch dass das Bad und der Rest weitgehend sauber war.

I stayed here two different nights during my trip. Both stays I was met with incredibly kind staff who were more than willing to answer all my questions about the area and things to do. My rooms both times were very clean and cozy with all the things I needed. The area is quiet and I slept well. I would stay here again anytime.

Stayed here twice in March & April 2023. A nice hotel with tram station just a stone’s throw away. It had a nice breakfast and dinner at its Italian restaurant was always delicious. The guy Tim working in Reception and also in the bar is a gem. Very Helpful & sweet. Check in & check out was smooth & quick. A nice place to stay in Zurich, not far from anything.

Schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück sowie Restaurant. Zimmer konnten etwas sauberer und besser in Schuss sein. Lage ist wirklich super.

One of the worst hotels I have visited so far. If it were possible I would not give a star. Very unfriendly staff, questions sent in advance were not even answered. There was no parking or for 25 euros per night you could park somewhere....The premium room was dirty. Stains on the furniture, the bathroom was not cleaned, walls full of stains. At least the bed was freshly made, everything else was dirty. Overpriced hotel that has nothing to offer.

Bei wiederholten Besuchen waren die Regale in den Zimmern staubig.Aber gut staubig.Ich achte auf sowas.Wischt hier keiner? Über Monate?Verbesserungswürdig.
