Service and skills are incredible. My son boarded over a rock and ripped a gaping wound in the board. The apprentice was incredibly helpful and promised to do temporary repair work so it could be used the next day. The quick temporary repair worked a treat and we handed it back for the work to be completed by James, the master repairer. When we picked the board up it looked like new, even the light ripples in the surface were consistent. He must surely be the best technician in Switzerland. Well worth it. Recommended 100%.

Incredible place for mountain bike rental, great prices, friendly staff, excellent and well maintained bike, also I took a downhill package that costs 120 francs that includes the bike protections and a pass and since I already had my helmet they made me pay less, amazing and would definitely recommend

10/10 service at Hefti Sports, their staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to our winter sports needs. They serviced our snowboards within 30 minutes and for a very reasonable price. We even bought a new" pair of bindings which were 2nd hand from their store. Thanks for saving our snowboarding trip through the Alps!!"

Super easy to reserve online and they have plenty of staff to help you when you arrive. No waiting around for someone to get your boots and skis. Very reasonable pricing. The lockers are extremely convenient for the lifts and with heated boot and glove stands you don't have wet gear in the morning.

Our family wanted to have a fun adventure in the mountains and we went to Hefti Sports for suggestions. They had lots of ideas for us and were very knowledgeable on the mountains in the surrounding area. We ended up renting dirt scoots and had the time of our lives riding them through the alps!! They are very easy to ride and an absolute blast for all ages. Love their location too, right next to the ski lift.Thank you Hefti Sports for the awesome customer service and expertise we will be back as soon as possible!
