Went here for a diamond appraisal. Owner was unable to find the GIA number on the diamond, and his appraisal seemed unprofessional overall (no analysis or sending to a lab, done in 15 minutes) and his cost was much higher than what they charge in high end stores on Bahnhofstrasse. Overall we did not get a good impression about this place, when asking around, others have had underwhelming experiences here too. Wouldn't recommend!

David Karouni and his team are from a different league when it comes to customer service and ‘what will be made possible’. He is the go-to expert for high-end diamonds in Zurich. And, he has a strong and reliable partner network, i.e. goldsmith etc. Strongly recommended!

Finger weg , Rezessionen gefälscht , der Laden ist extrem unseriös , ließ mich 70 Minuten durch seine Verspätung warten , sehr respektlos in der Preis Gestaltung und ganz schlecht zu verstehen egal auf welcher sprache ( englisch, deutsch ) man es probiert, durch meine Recherche auf Google kam auch raus das alle Rezessionen gefälscht sind !!!

We went to the Diamond Online Store to have my fiancée's ring evaluated for insurance purposes and it was a bad experience from the moment we entered. The owner of the store charged us 320 CHF upfront for his services" and then proceeded to look at the ring. He quickly commented on its fluorescence and made it seem like the diamond had a far lower value than it did in reality. Multiple times he made statements that he could sell us a far better diamond at another price - even though we clearly stated we were only interested in a valuation. He said he would send us the documentation regarding the valuation (based on him taking no more than a quick look at the diamond!) the next day.Three days later he still hadn't sent us the documents. In the meantime we spoke to several other professionals about the value of the diamond and we received far greater insights at a significantly lower cost. When we went back to Diamond Online to express that we were not satisfied with his services

Few days back I ordered one diamond studded ring online from dealer whose name I found on in Google. Couple of days later I got the delivery. The diamonds were very good , properly cut and shining like staff itself. And the prices ? Unbelievable reasonably well placed .

They deserve 5 star . Very beautiful and good quality
