Excellente formation d'une demi-journée avec Jérôme, un vrai passionné qui sait transmettre son enthousiasme. Je recommande chaleureusement les cafés Utopia ainsi que les formations !Merci de nous faire découvrir le café de spécialité !

Utopia Coffee (Torréfaction)
Le seul coffee shop et torréfacteur de café de spécialité à Gland ouvert du (jeudi, vendredi et samedi) et aussi avec des cafés certifiés bio et suivant toutes les normes de torréfaction et d'extractions !!! Je vous conseille de la rencontrer c'est merveilleux !!! Les propriétaires sont très attentifs, polis et expliquent tout sur les cafés de spécialité !!! Le café est très frais, ils sont torréfiés sur place et l'arôme de la torréfaction est merveilleux !!!! Cappuccino et Flat White faits avec amour !

I had a great latte art workshop with Jérôme. Very friendly, knowledgeable and an encouraging teacher. It was a lovely gift to have received and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants an introduction to coffee and latte art! Thanks so much :)

Excellent café, qualité du produit, choix à disposition! En revanche manque de réactivité pour le traitement des commandes. À plusieurs reprises, j’ai remarqué un delais de > 1 semaine entre la commande et la livraison… pourrait être amélioré!

We recently moved back to Switzerland from New Zealand. After spending the last 8 years in New Zealand and Australia it was really nice to discover a place around the corner from us that actually knows how to make a proper Flat White! And the beans I took home were amazing as well!

Very polite and helpful staff in a very cozy space. They do their own roasting and provide a wide range of products and flavours geared towards mostly filter coffee in my opinion, The espresso roasts really had no presence" or body - at least most of the ones I tried minus an earlier edition of an Ethiopian they had. So would not recommend for espresso."
