Wollte eine Heets Stange kaufen am 20.8.2022 , bei der Kartenzahlung stand Saldo zu klein. Wusste das es nicht möglich ist. Habe die Stange dort gelassen. Zuhause habe ich mein Konto Cockpit kontrolliert und der Betrag wurde mir verbucht..

The complete experience was terrible, the customer agent was rude and aggressive when i requested the price of an item, clearly did not want to work. The item purchased when unpackaged was found to be faulty and damaged. I contacted the customer support line where again the support staff were rude and not interested in helping, there only response was to advise me to send an email, which i proceeded to do, to date i have sent multiple emails and no response has been received and despite countless calls to the customer service line where the staff are again rude and unwilling to assist i am still left with a faulty item. I would steer clear of this duty free shop and advise purchasing your goodies from the main shopping area.

The cashier on duty (number 137107) approaches the customer in Castilian Spanish and doesn't speak German.
