J'aime beaucoup ce restaurant. Je ne dirais pas que l'atmosphère est cosy, mais le style est chouette. J'ai été plusieurs fois manger à midi et je n'ai pas été déçue. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le service est bon, mais souriant selon sur qui on tombe. Merci !

J’ai aimé le décor, le lieu est juste agréable, j’ai eu le sentiment d’être à la cantine mais en version plus adulte je garde en moi un sentiment de bien être après mon passage au BAO Steam Kitchen - RiveService excellent, le serveur était ouvert à l’échange et surtout il était attentif mes avis sur les différents aliments consommés. Les produits sont frai, j’ai senti l’effort fourni pour la créativité de la cuisine et ça je respecte et encore mieux les aliments étaient de très bonnes qualités.

Lieux très cosy où j'adore donner rdv à des amis, sans parler des délicieux baos ! J'en raffole ! Le personnel est très agréable, on y mange très bien. Je recommande !

T’es bon restaurant. Ça faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas goûté le Shanghai soup dumplings qui étaient très réussis! Malgré je n’ai pas mangé à ma faim car assez chère, c’est un bon endroit

This restaurant is a gem. Mixed choice of traditional or revisited freshly made Baozi and dim sum. Typical Asian ingredients are mixed with perfection so that every bite is an explosion of flavors. Professional & very friendly staff.

The taste wasn’t as authentic as I thought it would be, the sweet and sour pork bao were tad bit dry, the dumplings were okay, I had ordered three mushrooms. The lemongrass and ginger infusion was mild and great for a rainy winter day but it’s a lot, we ordered two teas and couldn’t finish. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly.

Places like Bao Steam Kitchen reminds me how low of a bar we have for good Chinese cuisine in Geneva. If you've had authentic xiao long baos or jiaozi dumplings before, any self respecting foodie would rate this as sub-par. How is the skin wrapping so thick? It's supposed to be condom film thin. It's also so tiny, the delicious soup inside hardly gave a mouthful. Whatever meat you chose hardly delivered enough texture contrast for satisfaction. The caramelised chicken baos were decent, however, it had good flavour. And I can not fault the service nor the decor, but it's a sad state of affairs when ignorant reviewers think this is the best dumpling they've ever had." Please do yourself a favour and travel."

Absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of baos (also have vegetarian options) and the seasonal one was very good as well. Vegetables were flavourful and crunchy. Service was friendly and helpful. We had a reservation and it was almost full when we showed up so we were glad for that! Had a great time and will be back to try more another time!

Best place we have eaten in Switzerland.Staff was very friendly, the food was amazing and the prices quite cheap for Switzerland.Would highly suggest a visit!
