Wir haben Jlenia Anfang 2019 über ihre Website entdeckt, direkt kennengelernt und die Planungen für unsere ursprünglich standesamtliche Hochzeit aufgenommen. Jlenia ist uns während des gesamten Prozesses wirklich sehr ans Herz gewachsen und stand uns jederzeit mit Rat, Tat und vielen besonderen sowie liebevollen Ideen zur Seite. Trotz der doch schwierigen Ausgangslage im Jahr 2020 eine standesamtliche Hochzeit inmitten der Dolomiten zu planen und einiger coronabedingter Verschiebungen, hat Jlenia immer wieder neue tolle Konzepte und passende Lösungen für unser Elopement gefunden. Schließlich durften wir unsere Liebe an drei durchweg perfekt und einzigartig geplanten Tagen in Südtirol, Venedig und in der Toskana feiern – inklusive Heliflug, Oldtimer-Fahrt und Weinverkostung. Dieses für uns unvergessliche Erlebnis wäre ohne Jlenia nicht möglich gewesen. Besonders schön war es, dass sie jederzeit flexibel und kreativ auf die Situationen und Veränderungen reagiert hat, ein außergewöhnliches Auge für’s Detail und Design hat und in jeder Hinsicht über die richtigen Kontakte verfügt, sodass wir wirklich nur mit tollen Dienstleitern zusammengearbeitet haben, gemeinsam jede Menge Spaß hatten und unser traumhaftes Elopement quer durch Italien einfach nur genießen konnten. 1000 Dank für alles – Franziska & Christian ♡

Like every other review here, I am absolutely in love with everything Jlenia does. If you've found or heard of Jlenia, stop looking for anyone else and book her!We hired Jlenia and Gemma as a day of coordinator and venue\vendor coordinator for our June 2022 destination wedding. I can say with confidence our wedding wouldn't have looked like it did in my head without Jlenia. We are from the US, had some trouble with some communications (language and logistics) and almost didn't keep our venue through the pandemic. Jlenia was a wave of reasoning and put my mind at ease as soon as she was handling that portion of the wedding.Jlenia had only a few video calls with me and coordinated everything flawlessly. I had absolutely zero worry through the day of what was happening when. She and Gemma also brought my vision to life on the escort cards" by having this incredible wall made specifically for us since we couldn't ship many things reliably or cost effectively. Siamo Diego e Michela, ci siamo sposati il 29 settembre scorso e abbiamo scelto Jlenia come nostra wedding planner. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! È iniziato tutto per gioco. Avevamo voglia di fare un matrimonio a Braies, intimo e semplice ed Jlenia ci aiutato a realizzare questo sogno. Abitiamo a Bologna e non avevamo idea di come fare per sposarci sulle Dolomiti. Abbiamo trovato il sito di Jlenia su internet e le abbiamo scritto una email. Si è dimostrata disponibile da subito a darci tutte le informazioni e ad accettare di organizzare il nostro matrimonio a distanza. Ha curato ogni aspetto da quello burocratico a quello organizzativo. È riuscita con eleganza e discrezione ad accompagnarci in ogni nostra scelta e ad assecondare ogni nostra più piccola richiesta. Ci ha proposto tantissime valide alternative per la location del matrimonio (in cui ci ha inviato i video dei sopralluoghi) e anche per il pernottamento nostro e degli invitati per l'intero weekend che abbiamo trascorso a Braies. Tutti i nostri invitati sono stati entusiasti del lavoro che ha svolto e si sono sentiti a loro agio con la sua presenza e dolcezza. Non ha lasciato niente al caso:location, fiori,allestimento sala del ricevimento, allestimento chiesa, accessori sposa, shooting fotografico, incontro con il parroco ecc. Non dimenticherò mai come eravamo agitati prima delle nozze...! Jlenia è riuscita a calmarci con la sua presenza e a tenere sotto controllo tutto fino alla fine rendendoci fieri di averla scelta! Se avete bisogno di una persona che renda il vostro giorno indimenticabile... Scegliete lei perché il nostro lo è stato davvero! Non ve ne pentirete!

This review is slightly overdue but we can 100% recommend Jlenia as a Wedding Planner :) Without her we would not have had the most magical and special days in the mountains in April this year. Jlenia helped us arrange location visits on a trip we took to the area of Meran (which we know very well) and over into the Dolomites which we had never visited. Her recommendations were spot on given we had only spoken to her over a few Skype calls and we had shortlisted 3 venues. We then continued on with Jlenia once we had decided on the perfect one for us, with her connections, knowledge of the area and vendor suggestions really helping so much when planning is done from another country. She is great in responding, flexible, open to changes and ultimately just amazing at what she does! We had significant snowfall on the day of the wedding where Jlenia was invaluable in coordinating last minute logistic tweaks and was even clearing snow from the area in the lead up to the ceremony - truly dedicated to the perfect final touches. Without her presence and hard work the wedding day would have been stressful to manage, but having Jlenia allowed us to relax and enjoy and it was the best day, surpassing even our expectations. Jemma was the best officiant we could have ever dreamed of. The process of working with her was extremely meaningful and fun. Both my husband and I enjoyed going through her well thought out forms which aided her in scripting the perfect custom ceremony for us. From the moment we met her via Zoom we loved her warm, friendly vibe and appreciated that she didn't try to upsell or push anything on us. She was very collaborative and extremely attentive to details. Our day of ceremony was beyond special because of her. She created such a unique experience that tied in so many of our memories and thoughts about each other. She even had a little special part for our 1 year old daughter to do. Everything about our elopement ceremony was perfect in large part because of the thought she put into planning the ceremony. Jemma also went over and beyond when she offered to help carry some of our supplies for the picnic back from the top of the mountain for us.

This review is long overdue! We eloped on October 2021. My husband and I are from the U.S. and had originally booked a venue in our home state for 150 guests. When the pandemic and quarantine hit, we reflected on what we truly wanted our wedding day to look like and so we decided to cancel our venue and elope to the Italian Dolomites. On my first video chat with Jlenia, she was very patient, knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information before booking. Planning an elopement to a region we've never been to during a pandemic was a lot on our plate and booking Jlenia was one of the best investments we made for our wedding experience to keep us on track.She helped us with a range of tasks such as picking up lunch for us on wedding day, scheduling taxis, collaborating with a local florist, booking us a special dinner on our wedding day etc. Even had a steamer ready for us to make sure our wedding attire was perfect! Even though we scaled down our wedding to an elopement with only 4 guests, there were still plenty of things to plan and execute for what we wanted. Jlenia did everything we asked for and more to help us have a relaxed day. We truly enjoyed every part of this experience. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much Jlenia!!

Jlenia has been the BEST decision I’ve made to make my wedding dreams come true. She completely understood my vision and was able to pull off an action packed wedding week. From last minute questions of pre-wedding activities for my guests to rehearsal dinners to the wonderful wedding event.My wedding week has been the most memorable experience for my family friends and I. My wedding day involved a helicopter ride through the Dolomites. Then Jlenia had the helicopter drop us off at the amazing venue of the Lumen mountain photography museum. Jlenia incorporated a jazz singer and guitarist for the ceremony with the most beautiful floral arrangement that was designed based off my wedding dress.In addition to this she was able to assist my guests to the museum via gondola rides.Jlenia was so seamless, efficient, organized, calm and fun to work with. She made my day so easy and I had an absolute blast.We even did a snowboarding/ ski ride after the ceremony and Jlenia was able to have the ski rentals at the museum waiting for us so we didn’t have to do any work.After which we had our reception at a Michelin star restaurant inside a German castle with a stellar DJ. Honestly, it was the best wedding, best day.All the vendors she curated are top notch talent and so easy and fun to work with. They all ended up being good friends. And the cake, the cake was soooo delicious and everything matched perfectly.As a person who works in the entertainment industry, if Jlenia ever wanted to change careers I told her she would be an amazing producer in film and television.I am highly impressed with her and her team. I would give her a solid 10 stars!

Jlenia versteht sofort wie man es gerne hätte, bringt jedoch Tipps & Erfahrungen mit ein und hat immer sofort Ideen für die perfekte Umsetzung dabei :-) Auch auf Ihr Netzwerk ist Verlass, da Sie uns 2 Tage vor der freien Trauung innerhalb 10 Minuten eine neue Traurednerin organisiert hat, da der geplante Trauredner aufgrund Corona ausgefallen ist.
