Per cause lavorative avevo una dieta estremamente poco bilanciata. Activ Welness, tramite programmi di alimentazione e di time management mi ha aiutato a ritrovare la giusta balance. Il risultato è eccezionale.

I absolutely recommend Rocio,She gave me Yoga lessons outside, in front of the lake at Pullly, what an amazing place!She is very very nice and explain very well for beginners !I highly recommend !

Que puedo decir, Rocío, una gran persona y gran profesional donde las haya, a mi me ayuda a aprender a gestionar mi ansiedad con la comida, tiene programas de nutrición que te ayudan a organizar la comida de la semana con recetas super sanas y buenísimas. Sabe escuchar y te ayudará acertadamente en lo que necesitas, Pilates, Yoga, sesiones guiadas de mindfulnes...Rocío es una gran inspiración para cualquier persona. ( Para mi lo es)Estoy y estaré eternemente agradecida de haberla conocido.

There are too much great things about activ wellness … This is the best page you could be in to learn improve your existing yoga practice so take full advantage, and also not to forget the mindful breathing and meditation. Everything is designed for comfort and convenience and I loved the attention to details. I’m so in love with the food recipes healthy affordable , to eat mindfully is one of my purpose.I started taking my vitamins it feels way better Thank you for your advises you are amazing full of knowledge inspiration . Rocio is an amazing teacher. Attending one of her classes is a boost of positive energies! I am taking her pilates classes, which are demanding but fun and super efficient. I had the opportunity to take private classes as well. She is a patient and deeply supportive professor. I would definitely recommend her classes without any hesitation!

Rocio es paz , calma, empatía, cariño, dulzura, sabiduría, amor y seguiría... y todo eso lo plasma en lo que hace y sabe. Desde sus recetas de temporada que le otorgan a tu cuerpo todos los nutrientes necesarios, hasta las palabras que necesitas leer para reconectar, meditar, por lo que aprender de y con ella es un placer para tu cuerpo y tu intelecto.

I met Rocio online during the global lockdown and we have been doing almost weekly sessions every since. She inspired me to love pilates and truly knows how to motivate during the lessons. She's very profressional and truly knows what works well for you as an individual.
