Centre colis régional - POSTE CH SA

Genau wie bei vielen Anderen ist mein Post-Priority Paket seit Tagen an diesem Ort und es wird immer wieder neu sortiert??Wie kann das sein das eine Station so rein kackt.Und dann hat es noch ein paar gefakte Rezensionen wo einfach 5 Sterne ohne richtige Begründung geben

Bad service!

Plusieurs fois des colis sont oubliés au centre pendant plusieurs jour, même lorsque l'on choisis un livraison express, ça commence à bien faire...Les livreurs sont également incapables de faire leur travail: ils ne sonnent jamais, déposent les colis non pas devant la porte mais en évidence à l'entrée du bâtiment, n'ont aucun respect pour la marchandise (je les ai déjà vu jeter les colis pour les déplacer dans la camionette) ou ne passent tout simplement pas alors que le paquet est sensé être livré ce jour là, super la flemmardise...Depuis que ce centre existe j'ai eu beaucoup de problèmes, chose que je n'avais jamais avant. C'est pareil pour beaucoup de personne de mon entourage.Le 01.04.2023 encore une fois un colis n'est pas livré, Livraison infructueuse

Je m'arrête ici pour me plaindre du service à Vétroz il y a une vieille dame désagréable à la réception, où elle m'a fait comprendre que moi en tant qu'étrangère la dérangeait et où elle se plaisait à dire que les espagnols sont indélicat, ou des voleurs .désagréable de passer par Vétroz

The packaged has been stucked at Vetroz tri for 3 days and has not moved it just says packages same status. It feels like the person scans it over and over again but doesn't send it out to the next location.

Service pitoyable ! J’ai commandé du matériel de travail en urgence vu que le mien s’est cassé et ça fait maintenant une semaine que personne ne sait où est mon colis mais qu’on ne me le déclare pas perdu ou même qu’on me rembourse. Et ma semaine de travail perdue personne ne va me la dédommager évidemment. Le centre de tri est loin d’être grand comparé à certains faut vraiment être débile pour scanner un colis et le perdre droit derrière ! Une belle bande d’incapables !

I have ordered some paint colours from the UK. First they were sent to me, declared as an inscribed letter, which is wrong as it is a parcel. Therefore, the delay to retrieve the parcel was too short and one day after the 1.8. As I anticipated that it is a parcel I should have had 15 days to retrieve it.Now, I have asked the Post to stop the parcel and it is stuck in this center. After lengthy phone calls it is confirmed first that it will be resend to me and in a later call that it will be definitely be stopped at the border if it goes back to the UK. Finally, I could noone in the chat to help or confirm anything about future processes. Therefore, I went there myself. This because I received differing information, which irritates me. Publicly there are no opening hours published but there is a visitor center (like a reception desk). This was of course closed (it was a lengthy travel to get there).I can confirm other reviews here, that it looks very inefficient and have never before used so many bad words, like, when I figured out I cannot receive my parcel even during opening hours. I excuse myself for the swearing, but do not know the employers name (only that she was Swiss German). I wish them to do better work and that my parcel finds it's way to me...P.S.: Other reviews here stated (which I confirm):- that parcels are stuck inexplicably for days- cannot receive help from the Post's online chat concerning inner processes in this facility (they simply procrastinate by not being able to know or help)- I add to this, do not drive there because they are not helping even if you visit (or because they might not really want to)

A-Post Paket versendet, dass dringend bis heute ankommen sollte. Nun scheint es ebenfalls an diesem Ort rumzuliegen. Was soll das? Wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen lese, brauche ich mir wohl keine Hoffnungen mehr zu machen dass es jemals ankommt.

C'est la 4ème fois que je contacte le service clients de la Poste pour le même problème : le facteur du centre de tri de Vétroz ne respecte jamais les ordres de dépôt sur la terrasse

Expresssendungen bleiben liegen und kommen nicht an!!!
